IB Recruitment 2025: Intelligence Bureau (IB) has released recruitment for 394 posts of Junior Intelligence Officer (JIO). Interested candidates can apply till 14 September 2025. Eligible candidates can fill the online form through the official website of the Ministry of Home Affairs, mha.gov.in.
IB Recruitment 2025: Intelligence Bureau (IB) had started the application process for recruitment to the posts of Junior Intelligence Officer (JIO), the last date of which is now near. Candidates have only time till 14 September 2025 at 11:59 pm. A total of 394 posts will be recruited under this recruitment drive.
Distribution of posts
Out of the total vacancies, 157 posts are reserved for General Category, 32 posts for Economically Weaker Section (EWS), 117 posts for Other Backward Classes (OBC), 60 posts for Scheduled Caste (SC) and 28 posts for Scheduled Tribe (ST) category.
Educational Qualification
To apply for this post, candidates must have one of the following qualifications from a recognized university/institute:
Diploma in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical & Electronics, IT, Computer Science/Engineering/Application or Bachelor's degree with Electronics, Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics or Bachelor's degree in Computer Application
Age Limit
The minimum age of the candidate to apply is 18 years and maximum age is 27 years. Reserved categories will be given relaxation as per government rules.
Application fee
For male candidates of General, OBC and EWS category: Rs 650
For all other candidates: Rs 550

Register and fill the application form by logging in.
Upload the required documents and pay the fee.
After completing the application, download the form and take a print out for future.
Through this recruitment, eligible candidates will get a chance for responsibilities related to flying and ground duty. Interested candidates are advised to complete the application process before the last date.
