Faruh Kurbanov is a developer, financial strategist, investor, and philanthropist focused on creating long-term, sustainable value. Together with his partners, he founded DIA Holding and the construction company FBK Construction. With their team, they have delivered more than half a million square meters of real estate, covering both residential and commercial segments. With 20 years of experience in construction, Kurbanov has personally overseen each stage of the process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and functionality. His philosophy - ‘Live and benefit others’ - is at the heart of both his business and charitable projects.
Professional Career and Construction ProjectsKurbanov's first business, founded in 2007, specialised in the production of metal-plastic windows and aluminum structures. This marked the beginning of his journey in entrepreneurship and construction - a journey he now reflects on as a valuable and engaging experience, filled with hundreds of meetings, negotiations, and encounters with intelligent, strong, and successful individuals.
As he developed as a builder, Kurbanov increasingly noticed how the built environment and urban architecture directly impact people's lifestyles. From window production, his business evolved into constructing residential complexes and shaping urban spaces.
In 2018, he and his partners established FBK Construction as their in-house construction arm. Under his leadership, over 20 projects have been completed - ranging from multi-apartment buildings to commercial and socially significant facilities. His strategic vision strengthened the company’s position as a key player in the real estate market, consistently setting new industry standards.
Currently, Kurbanov is implementing innovative methods in his business, such as robotics, artificial intelligence, and process automation. Residential complexes are completed within 6–8 months from the start of construction, all while meeting international standards of quality and reliability.
Kurbanov personally supervised the design and planning of the SANA Bilim, Sana Urpaq, and Sana Edu educational centres, all built with private funds. These projects are more than just buildings - they are spaces where children learn, teenagers engage in sports, and communities find points of connection and growth.

Personal Philanthropy, Social InitiativesKurbanov is an entrepreneur with a strong social stance. In 2021, he and his partners established the Mereke Charitable Foundation, which implements initiatives to support families in need and promote youth development. Kurbanov and his team are involved in shaping the foundation’s programmes - from concept to implementation.
As of 2025, Mereke is assisting more than 3,500 families by providing food, clothing, and school supplies. Kurbanov pays special attention to the younger generation. Under his guidance, the “Well-read generation” programme is being carried out, aiming to foster a love of reading among rural schoolchildren. The foundation selects books, funds their printing, and organises delivery. At his initiative, free courses have been launched at the SANA Bilim centre for children supported by the Mereke Charitable Foundation. More than 230 children now attend clubs and classes free of charge.
International Expansion and Launch of new projects in DubaiWith his accumulated experience, Faruh Kurbanov is entering a new phase - bringing his construction approach to Dubai, one of the world’s fastest-growing markets. There, he is founding his own development company, aiming to apply proven methods, implement innovative technologies, and contribute to the architectural development of the region.
In 2024, he became a co-founder of DIA Properties in the UAE, and in 2025 he entered the market with the LuzOra project.
DIA Properties was established with a clear mission: to deliver real estate projects that combine strong investment potential with meaningful social impact. Unlike traditional developers, DIA focuses on creating holistic ecosystems - not just buildings. Its developments are designed to generate long-term asset value, enhance residents’ quality of life, and contribute to the broader community.
The company’s first project, LuzOra, located on Dubai Islands, reflects this philosophy in action. LuzOra is designed as an elegant fusion of lifestyle, technology, and investment thinking. Featuring EV charging stations, smart home systems, golf carts, and thoughtfully curated recreational areas, LuzOra caters to both sophisticated residents and savvy investors. One of its most distinctive features is the flexibility of its two-bedroom units, which can be divided into two fully independent apartments - enabling dual short-term rental streams. This modular concept has the potential to deliver annual yields of up to 14%, significantly outperforming Dubai’s average returns.
Kurbanov’s emphasis on innovation extends into every phase of DIA’s operations. From incorporating automation and AI into the construction process to designing investor-oriented living spaces, every decision reflects a clear focus on ROI, scalability, and future-proofing. LuzOra represents the blueprint for how DIA plans to redefine residential real estate in the UAE - balancing speed of execution, premium quality, and intelligent financial structuring.
The strategy is crystal clear: grow the business while making the world a better place. Kurbanov does not separate commercial and social projects - to him, it is a unified space where every building, program, and initiative brings value, connects people, and helps shape a new quality of society. His principle is to create and leave behind a legacy - not just an inheritance.
