India is keen to increase its exports to Russia as it firms up the contours of a trade deal with the Eurasian Economic Union, of which Moscow is a member. India-Russia bilateral trade has risen in the last few years with imports largely driven by energy and exports from India, led by machinery, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals. India has been diversifying, with notable jumps in aluminium and apparel shipments. Anoushka Sawhney and Kirtika Suneja take a look:
