Novak Djokovic may be chasing his eighth Wimbledon title, but off the court, it’s his son Stefan who’s stealing some of the spotlight. After reaching the quarterfinals at Wimbledon 2025, Djokovic shared a funny and heartwarming story about his son’s growing love for tennis and his impressive autograph collection.
Speaking after his fourth-round victory, Djokovic revealed that 11-year-old Stefan has been enthusiastically collecting autographs from various players at the tournament. But there’s one surprising omission: he doesn’t have his dad’s signature.

“Most of them, he’s been independently approaching and asking for autographs,” Djokovic said with a smile. “I think I might have asked only Jannik (Sinner) or someone. Everyone else, he’s approached on his own.”
Stefan even had the opportunity to hit a few balls with Flavio Cobolli, Djokovic’s upcoming opponent in the quarterfinals. “They hit a few days ago,” Djokovic added. “He’s over the moon. He loves tennis.”
While Stefan’s collection includes a range of big names, it doesn’t include Novak himself. “He has everyone’s signature except mine. But that’s okay. I’ll accept that,” Djokovic joked, drawing laughs from reporters.
The story offers a light-hearted moment amid the intensity of Grand Slam tennis. As Djokovic continues his campaign for yet another Wimbledon crown, his son’s joy and growing passion for the game add a personal and touching layer to his journey.
