Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Efforts are underway to find the spirit of nationalism after US President Donald Trump imposed 50% tariff on India.
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has also launched a Swadeshi Movement in the state. From setting up a factory of Bharat Earth Movers Limited to PM Mitra Park in Dhar, everything is being connected to Swadeshi.
Efforts are also on to use the product of the country only for the benefits of the nation. Trump’s tariff will have an impact on textiles, readymade garments, steel, and diamond merchants.

Pharmaceutical sector is still out of tariff, so the units working in this sector have some relief. Efforts are also underway to export the Indian products to other countries than the USA.
The authorities are also mulling over not to export the items to be made by the factories being set up in the country to the USA. The state government is also planning to encourage the use of Indian products.
The state is planning to launch a Swadeshi campaign on two themes. The state’s products are used more in the country and foreign made goods are used less.
