Rajasthan Monsoon Update- Heavy rain warning in 8 districts of the state, be careful

Friends, monsoon has knocked in Rajasthan with great force, due to which water is overflowing in many districts and there is chaos among the people, heavy rains were recorded in many districts in the last 24 hours, due to which the Meteorological Department has issued a weather alert for many areas. Highlights of rain in the last 24 hours

Suratgarh (Western Rajasthan): 70 mm of rain was recorded.

Sajjangarh, Banswara (Eastern Rajasthan): Highest rainfall of 130 mm.

Bassi, Jaipur (Capital Region): 113 mm of rain was recorded.

Meteorologist Himanshu Sharma has confirmed that monsoon activity will remain throughout Rajasthan in the next few days.

Orange alert: Heavy rain likely in these 8 districts

The Meteorological Centre, Jaipur has issued an orange alert for the following districts, warning of heavy rain in the next 3 hours:

Karauli

Alwar

Bharatpur

Dholpur

Nagaur

Ajmer

Jaisalmer

Barmer

Wind speed alert: Winds may blow at a speed of 30-50 km/hr. Residents are advised to remain alert and avoid unnecessary travel.

Yellow alert: Light to moderate rain likely in 21 districts

A yellow alert has also been issued for these districts, where light to moderate rain and winds with speed of 20-30 km/hr are likely:

Heavy rain likely in western Rajasthan for next 2 days

Himanshu Sharma has predicted heavy rain in parts of western Rajasthan in the next 48 hours, especially:

Pali

Jalore

Barmer and adjoining areas

Earlier, Ganganagar, Bikaner and Jaisalmer recorded heavy rain accompanied by thunder and lightning which indicates that monsoon has become active in the region.
