An islander is said to have been rushed to hospital in Majorca after injuring himself in the Love Island villa recently. Jamie Rhodes reportedly ended up being taken to A&E after being checked over by on-site medics after an incident.
Jamie, who is coupled up with Yasmin Pettet on the ITV2 show, is said to have received medical attention after an incident amid production. The electrical engineer reportedly stepped on a "loose screw" whilst in the garden of the villa.
The islander is said to have been taken to A&E after engaging with medics at the villa. It's been suggested that Jamie has since returned to filming, after it was briefly paused, alongside his co-stars, after getting "bandaged up".

A source told the Sun: "Jamie was taken to hospital after an accident in the villa." They continued: "He stepped on a screw in the garden and after chatting to the villa medic,s they made the decision to take him to hospital."
The source said that filming on Love Island was temporarily "paused". They added that everyone was "really worried" because it's considered "quite rare" for islanders to be taken out of the villa during production of the TV show.
They concluded by telling the outlet that producers had been concerned that Jamie would be spotted outside the villa. He's said to have later returned from the hospital "all bandaged up," and the garden was reportedly searched.
The source said: "But after the garden was searched for any more loose screws Jamie returned all bandaged up. He was fine to walk - bosses were worried he'd be seen out of the villa and exposed to the outside world but it was actually fine."
Jamie is expected to appear in tonight's episode of Love Island, which is set to show the islanders enjoying a festival. Food stalls, 'stylish' seating areas and bright decorations were introduced to the villa for the special occasion.
The event, referred to as LI Festival 2025, also features a special guest. ITV has announced that Tinie Tempah will be seen performing a medley of his greatest hits for the islanders.

The news comes after former islander Megan Forte Clarke, 24, recalled one of her co-stars seeking medical attention whilst she was in the villa. Megan spoke about the unaired moment, also in the garden, in a video uploaded to TikTok last week.
Whilst doing a Q&A, she told her followers: "My favourite moment or memory in the villa ... one day we were cartwheeling and Harry stood too close to the pond. He fully fell back, mic and all on, into the little ponds like by the gym."
Megan, who was seen laughing at times, said that Harry, who remains in the villa, received support after the incident. She said: "He had to see the medic and all. The medic told him to take two paracetamol and he'd be grand!"
