Dusk reduces 'beautiful' bed frame that 'looks expensive' by £170 for Black Friday

Black Friday might still technically be a couple of weeks away, but the sales chaos has already begun - and homeware brand Dusk is firmly getting in on the fun. The brand has quietly dropped some excellent deals across its furniture range, including a popular bed frame that now comes with a hefty £170 saving.

The Versailles Bed Frame is a top-rated pick that's as chic as it sounds. The double size was originally £379, but it's now down to £265, saving shoppers £114.

But with the code BF20, that price shrinks again to £212. That's a £167 total discount - basically Black Friday royalty.

The Versailles, available in double, king, and super king sizes, doesn't just sound fancy, either. It features a solid wooden frame with subtle scalloped detailing for a soft, romantic vibe.

The headboard arrives swathed in opulent plum velvet, giving it a regal, boutique-hotel feel, complete with Regency-style legs for added drama. The frame also comes in green, blue, natural stripe and stone.

To style, shoppers could pair the plum velvet with crisp white bedding, gold accents and a statement pendant light for a modern yet cosy vibe. Otherwise, maximalists may enjoy styling it with patterned wallpaper, pleated lampshades and a glossy lacquered bedside table.

In addition to Dusk, several other major retailers have launched their Black Friday sales early. This includes Boots, which offers products across fragrance, aftershave, makeup, electrical beauty, and more.

Meanwhile, Very has alsolaunched early deals. Everything from womenswear and homeware to electricals is discounted as part of the sales event.

Back to Dusk, the Versailles Bed Framehas received some great reviews from shoppers. This person shared: "I could not have imagined how nice this would be in person based on the price. So so pleased with this purchase."

Meanwhile, a second shopper said: "We decided to go for the natural stripe king-sized bed frame and it's absolutely beautiful! Looks so much more expensive than the very good price we paid."

They added: "Easy to assemble and very sturdy with no creaking! We paired it with the dusk side table and dresser, and it looks lovely together."

However, not everyone was as impressed. One shopper said they 'loved its look' but noted it 'squeaks a lot.'

On a more positive note, this Versailles Bed Frame fan chimed in: "Really happy with my purchase. The bed is of brilliant quality, looks great, and I was able to assemble it on my own in under two hours. I'd looked at other 'high street' store beds, but I was so happy I went with Dusk in the end."
